Increases ressistance  power

  • ☆As during this pranayama we inhaled  a lot of air and when we inhale large amount of air, large amount of oxygen is also getting in our body.

  • ☆So, in this pranayama we inhales  five times more oxygen. And this oxygen goes to lungs and utemately reaches to cells and removes toxin from cells that energizes, restore or regenerate the cells.

  • ☆When we hold our breath, body's cells detoxify themselves and release the carbon dioxide from the cells.

  • ☆This whole process gives the capacity to resist the micro organism and increases the ressistance power of body.
